Our operating hours may also be shortened or adjusted at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances such as medical, compassionate, or urgent family leave, which may result in temporary staff shortages.
Due to tight manpower and labour constraints, some outlets may have only one stylist on duty on certain days of the week.
During such situations, the shop may be temporarily closed during meal, toilet, or rest breaks. The timing for any temporary closure will be displayed on the notice board at the outlet entrance.

We understand you may be eager for a trim, especially when your hair has grown out of shape or feels uncomfortable. Although kcuts offers a 10-minute quick haircut, please expect very long queues and waiting times of up to a few hours during peak and busy periods.
Some outlets may have only 1–2 stylists working on certain days, which can further extend waiting times.

- For young children: We recommend parents with young children to avoid peak and busy periods, as extra time may be needed to calm them during the haircut.
At selected outlets, we have Child-Friendly Certified Stylist who are specially trained to handle children’s haircuts with care and patience, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience. However, if the above is not achievable, please consider visiting a full-service salon instead. Kindly understand that our stylists are also under pressure during peak periods to serve customers efficiently and minimise waiting time.
