Kindly note the below terms and conditions before participating the Lucky Draw:
• kcuts Grand Lucky Draw 2026 - WIN A PAIR OF AIR TICKETS TO SEOUL is organised by KC Group Pte Ltd (“kcuts”).
• Participation in the Lucky Draw is subject to the following terms and conditions. By submitting your entry for the kcuts Grand Lucky Draw 2026 - WIN A PAIR OF AIR TICKETS TO SEOUL, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
• The kcuts Grand Lucky Draw 2026 - WIN A PAIR OF AIR TICKETS TO SEOUL will be conducted at the kcuts HQ at 11.30 p.m. on 11 January 2027.
• There will be one (1) winner entitled to the prize of air tickets to Seoul for two (2) persons.
• The flight schedule is subject to airline availability and cannot fall on public holidays or school holidays.
• Each purchase of one (1) haircut ticket entitles the customer to one (1) Lucky Draw entry (entry to be submitted via the kcutsGO app).
• Participants may submit multiple entries based on separate receipt submissions.
• Promotional, discounted, and complimentary haircuts are not eligible for Lucky Draw entries.
• Participation in the Lucky Draw must be completed on the customer’s personal mobile device. kcuts employees will not be able to assist if the customer encounters technical difficulties when submitting their Lucky Draw entry.
• kcuts will not be held responsible for incomplete or unsuccessful Lucky Draw submissions.
• Submission of Lucky Draw entries will take place exclusively on the kcutsGO! mobile application. Only entries submitted through the mobile application will be recognised.
• Employees of KC Group Pte Ltd, its related franchises, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the kcuts Grand Lucky Draw 2026 - WIN A PAIR OF AIR TICKETS TO SEOUL.
• Participants confirm that all information provided at the time of Lucky Draw entry is accurate. Any misrepresentation will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes won.
• kcuts will endeavour to hold the Lucky Draw on the advertised date, time, and venue, and by the advertised mode (manual or electronic). However, kcuts reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to conduct the Lucky Draw by another mode if circumstances so require.
• Participants will be contacted on the day of the draw via the mobile number or email provided. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond by 14 January 2027, the prize will be forfeited and another winner selected.
• Winners will receive an official letter to collect their prize. kcuts’ decision on the winners is final, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
• By entering the Lucky Draw, each participant agrees that all personal data submitted may be used by kcuts for purposes including communication related to the Lucky Draw, providing goods and services upon request, and any other purposes reasonably deemed appropriate or for which the participant has provided consent.
• kcuts may collect, use, disclose, and share the participant’s personal data, including photographs, audio, video, or other recordings (“Material”), for publicity or advertising purposes across all media. • The winner is required to provide full particulars, including their full NRIC, passport, or identification number for verification and audit purposes.
