Do I need to make an appointment?
No reservation is needed. After purchasing a ticket, we will serve customers based on the waiting chair queue numbers. We provide haircutting service only. No shaving, no shampooing and no blowing service will be provided.
Do you provide other service besides haircut?
kcuts is a Quickcut Hair Salon. Our team of stylists will be unable to provide facial hair trimming services / trimming of hair on other parts of the body. Kindly refer to our services page to further understand the various services we do not offer.
What happens if i miss my queue number?
If you have missed your queue number for any reason, kindly inform our stylists politely, our stylists will try to serve you as soon as possible.
If there are other customers waiting in the queue, you will have to wait for 2 customers to have their turns before you are allowed to rejoin the queue after them. Should you miss the queue again for another time, the same rule applies and you will have to wait for another 2 customers to have your turn called again.

will there be extra charges if my haircuts exceeds 10 minutes?
No additional charges will be incurred if your haircut exceeds 10 minutes.
what are our payment methods?
At kcuts, we accept cash payment whereby cash has to be inserted at our self payment kiosk. Our kiosk only accepts exact amounts and no change will be provided. If you are a kcutsGO app user, you may purchase tickets in the kcutsGO app for more benefits.
is kcuts child friendly?
We welcome children to get their haircut at kcuts. However, we recommend parents with young children to avoid weekend evenings, peak and busy periods. As a longer time may be needed to calm them down and to cut their hair. However, we will do our best to provide your child a safe and comfortable haircut experience. To ensure the safety of our young customers, we will only be able to serve children and toddlers who can sit upright independently, and who are in a state of calm.
Why DO ticket sales ceased before stated shop closing hours?
Please kindly note that our stylists reserve the rights not to accept customers 60 minutes before their lunch hour / shop stated closing time for housekeeping matters and serving customers who have already purchased their tickets. Our shop operating time may also be shortened and subjected to last minute changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as medical/ compassionate/ urgent family leave resulting in temporary shortage of staff for the affected days.
Can I refund my purchase ticket?
Kindly note that once ticket is purchased from our cash ticketing kiosk, no refund will be given for any unutilized or expired ticket
Why is kcuts unable to accede to customers' request for "Fade-cut", "Flat-Top", "Hair Tattoo", "Air Bangs", "Layer-cut", "Bob-cut" or more sophisticated hair designs and styling?

Is there an unlimited supply of express tickets in the kcutsGO app?
The supply of express tickets in the kcutsGO app is not unlimited. To ensure fair access for all our users, we limit the purchase to one express ticket per hour.

TO REJOIN BACK YOUR QUEUE
If there are other customers waiting in queue, you will have to wait for 2 customers to have their turns (approximately another 30 minutes) before you are allowed to rejoin the queue after them, at the specific cutting station that you have been assigned to wait at. |
