Do I need to make an appointment?
No appointment is required.
With kcutsGO, simply purchase an e-ticket and check in through the app. You’ll be served according to your queue number.
Some outlets still accept cash tickets at the counter, where the same queue system applies. Please note that we provide haircutting service only – no shaving, shampooing, or blow-drying.

Do you provide other services besides haircut?
kcuts is a Quickcut Hair Salon. Our team of stylists will be unable to provide facial hair trimming services / trimming of hair on other parts of the body. Kindly refer to our services page to further understand the various services we do not offer.
What happens if i miss my queue number?
If you miss your queue, please inform our stylist. They will help you rejoin the queue. If other customers are waiting, you will need to wait for two customers to have their turns before being allowed back in line.
Re-queue can be done up to 2 times. After that, your ticket will be forfeited.
Be present at the outlet and wait patiently, as numbers may not be called in sequence.

will there be extra charges if my haircut exceeds 10 minutes?
No additional charges will be incurred if your haircut exceeds 10 minutes.
what are our payment methods? Can I purchase more than 1 ticket at one go?
At kcuts, cash payments are accepted at selected outlets through our self-payment kiosk. Please note the kiosk only accepts exact amounts and no change will be provided.

When using PayNow in the kcutsGO app, a unique QR code will be generated for each transaction. This QR code can only be scanned once and is valid for a single payment only. For your next purchase, a new QR code will be created automatically.

is kcuts child friendly?
Yes, children are welcome at kcuts. At selected outlets, we have certified stylists trained to handle children and will do our best to provide them with a safe and comfortable haircut experience.
For parents with young children, we recommend avoiding weekend evenings and peak periods, as extra time may be needed to calm them before the haircut.
For safety reasons, we can only serve children and toddlers who are able to sit upright independently and are in a calm state.
With kcutsGO, you can monitor the queue and choose a suitable time slot to make the visit easier for your child.

Why do ticket sales cease before stated shop closing hours?
Please kindly note that our stylists reserve the rights not to accept customers 60 minutes before their lunch hour / shop stated closing time for housekeeping matters and serving customers who have already purchased their tickets. Our shop operating time may also be shortened and subjected to last minute changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as medical/ compassionate/ urgent family leave resulting in temporary shortage of staff for the affected days.
Can I refund my purchase ticket?
Tickets purchased from the cash ticketing kiosk are strictly non-refundable, and no refund will be given for unused or expired tickets. For kcutsGO users, tickets cannot be refunded, but if you need to step away from the queue, you can use the “Leave Queue” option in the app. Your ticket will be kept in your ticket e-wallet and can be used for your next visit within 30 days, provided a $3 service fee has been paid. No refund will be given for unutilized or expired tickets.
Why is kcuts unable to accede to customers' request for "Fade-cut", "Flat-Top", "Hair Tattoo", "Air Bangs", "Layer-cut", "Bob-cut" or more sophisticated hair designs and styling?

No. The supply of express tickets in the kcutsGO app is limited. To ensure fair access for all users, each user can only purchase one express ticket per hour.
