QUEUE SYSTEM
Kindly purchase your ticket via the kcutsGO app and wait for your turn according to your queue number.
Physical tickets are available at selected outlets — please check your queue number on the receipt and wait outside the store for your number to be called. |
If you miss your queue on the kcutsGO app, tap on RE-QUEUE BUTTON to rejoin. You may need to wait for two customers before your turn. Re-queue is allowed up to 2 times; after that, the ticket will be forfeited.
For customers with a physical ticket, if you miss your queue number, please inform our stylists politely. They will try to serve you as soon as possible, and your patience is appreciated. |
Be present at the outlet before clicking RE-QUEUE BUTTON on kcutsGO app, and wait patiently as numbers may not be called in sequence. This process ensures fairness while still allowing you to rejoin the queue.
For customers with a physical ticket, please wait at the shop. Check the TV screen and listen for your number when called by our stylists. |
Queue numbers may not be called in order. You can track your queue number with the kcutsGO app, allowing you to monitor your turn and plan your visit more conveniently.

As a 10 minutes quick cut salon, we focus on delivering our promise of achieving a quick turnaround time of 10 minutes for each of our customers. Thus, we sincerely apologise we are unable to fulfill certain haircut requests or styles which may take longer than the stipulated time frame and we reserve our rights to decline any haircut requests which will take a longer cutting time to achieve.

Please kindly note that our stylists reserve the rights not to accept customers 60 minutes before their lunch hour / shop stated closing time for housekeeping matters and serving customers who have already purchased their tickets. Our shop operating time may also be shortened and subjected to last minute changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as medical/ compassionate/ urgent family leave resulting in temporary shortage of staff for the affected days.
Due to tight manpower and labour constraint, kindly note that some of our outlets may have only one stylist on duty during certain days of the week.
In such situations, our shop will be closed temporarily during meal / toilet / rest breaks. The timing for temporary shop closure will be displayed on the notice board located at the individual outlet entrance.
