Why are we launching kcutsGo?
We hear you and we want to serve you better. Here at kcuts, we believe queuing for a haircut should be a hassle-free experience. With kcutsGo, you are able to run errands while waiting for your turn, yet still being able to monitor your “Live” queue status. Our app allows you to maximise efficiency so you can have more time to spend with your loved ones on the important things that matter.
Will my bank details be circulated?
Your credit card details are not stored with kcuts. We work with an established international payment gateway to ensure data is kept to the highest level of security, where your details are kept safe and secure. Bank details are kept to the highest level of security by our authorised payment gateway partner.
Why do I get charged additional $1.39 when I make payment?
As part of the security protocol by our payment gateway partner, this $1.39 amount is deducted as a "test transaction" to ensure your card payment is securely linked up with kcutsGo app. 100% of this $1.39 will subsequently be refunded back to you and this refund will also be reflected accordingly in your credit card statement.
I do not want to fill in my bank details, can I make cash payment instead?
We seek your kind understanding. While we highly recommend that you use kcutsGo App to enjoy the convenience and benefits, you are still able to purchase our service using cash. Please kindly prepare exact amount as NO change will be provided by our POS. Kindly note you will not be entitled to any kcutsGo promotions and benefits using cash payment method, as our promotions are valid for customers who use cashless methods to purchase tickets on our kcutsGo app.
PayNow is available as an alternative so customers do not need to fill in their bank details if they do not wish to use their credit card as payment mode.

What should I do if I accidentally made a double payment?
Kindly take a photo of your queue ticket number, and a screenshot of both transactions. After which, kindly email to

Where can I see when is my turn?
After purchasing your ticket, you will be able to view your queue number with our “Live” monitoring queue system. You can also plan your visit ahead of time, by knowing how many customers are currently ahead of you at our kcutsGO app home page.
What if I have urgent matters to attend to after I have purchased my ticket?
After payment has been made and if you wish to leave the queue to attend to any emergency, simply click on the “Leave Queue” option to keep your ticket in your ticket e-wallet in kcutsGo app. This ticket can be used for your next visit at your convenient time. *Kindly note, a service fee of $3 will be incurred and NO refund will be given for any unutilized or expired tickets. Your unutilized ticket will have a validity of 30 days before expiration.
I'm in a hurry, but I really need my haircut today. Can I "bump up" my queue number if I am rushing for time?
It happens to all of us. We understand you may be in an unexpected rush for time and you need your haircut - now. With kcutsGo, it is now possible for you to shorten your waiting time. With only an extremely limited number of "express" tickets available daily (to prevent queue abuse and to allow a healthy normal queue wait time), you can hit the “Express Pass” option to be served at the next available slot if you are in a rush for time. *Kindly note that there will be an additional $10 convenience fee for this express option.
What happens if I missed my Queue Number?
If you missed your queue, a notification will be sent to you prompting you to re-queue. Simply click on the “Re-Queue” option on the app to rejoin back when you are ready. Kindly note, if there are other customers waiting in the queue, you will have to wait for 2 customers to have their turns before you are allowed to rejoin the queue after them. Kindly note that there is also a maximum number of time you can re-queue before the ticket is "expired", so as to prevent any abuse of the "Re-Queue" function.
Can I purchase more than 1 ticket at one go?
Yes definitely! kcutsGo is designed for you and your family. Choose your location first and select the “Join The Queue” option. After which, there will be a selection where you can purchase additional hair tickets if required before making payment.
Am I able to purchase ticket on behalf of my child and still be able to run my errands while my child waits for his turn by himself/herself?
Yes definitely, a QR code will be issued on the ticket number. Kindly screenshot the QR code and pass the QR code to your child. Our stylists will call for your queue number when it is your child’’s turn and scanning of this QR code is needed for verification. In addition, your child is able to track the queue number on the display screen at our kcuts outlet directly to monitor when will his turn be.
Where can I view my transaction history?
Kindly head over to to the "Accounts' tab where you can find the transaction history of your previous payments.
Can I select my preferred stylist to serve me?
Now you can! We hear your feedback and we have designed kcutsGo is to allow you to select your preferred hair stylist. Simply click on the “Choose My Stylist” option and you will be assure to be paired with only your preferred stylist for your turn. Kindly note, there will be an additional convenience fee of $5 for this option.
Where can I see my free ticket?
If you purchase our ticket during our 1 for 1 promotion, kindly go to the "Tickets" tab to view your free ticket issued.

Can i refund my purchase ticket?
Kindly note that once ticket is purchased from our cash ticketing kiosk, no refund will be given for any unutilized or expired ticket.
What happens if I change my mobile number?
Kindly go to Accounts tab, click on edit profile and enter your new mobile number. Please save and you will receive a OTP to verify your new number.
Why I cannot get SMS OTP, login or use my kcutsGo app?
