Please kindly note that our stylists reserve the rights not to accept customers 60 minutes before their lunch hour / shop stated closing time for housekeeping matters and serving customers who have already purchased their tickets. Our shop operating time may also be shortened and subjected to last minute changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as medical/ compassionate/ urgent family leave resulting in temporary shortage of staff for the affected days.
Due to tight manpower and labour constraint, kindly note that some of our outlets may have only one stylist on duty during certain days of the week.
In such situations, our shop will be closed temporarily during meal / toilet / rest breaks. The timing for temporary shop closure will be displayed on the notice board located at the individual outlet entrance.

- Expect a long wait on weekends, eve and public holidays, prior to school reopening and festive seasons. We understand you are anxious to get a trim as your hair would have grown longer and may be uncomfortable or out of shape. Even though kcuts is a 10 minutes quick haircut, do expect very long queue and waiting time of up to a few hours during peak and busy period. As some of our staff have gone back to their homes overseas and are not able to return back to Singapore at short notice due to quarantine requirements, some outlets may only have 1-2 stylists working.
- For young children: We recommend parents with young children to avoid peak and busy period. Due to the long wait, your child may be hungry, tired or anxious. As such, a longer time may be needed to calm them down and to cut their hair. Do consider visiting a full salon instead. Customers waiting in queue sometimes add extra pressure to our stylists when they complaint about stylists taking more than 10 minutes to complete a hair cut resulting in a longer than necessary wait in line. Do understand that our stylists are also under pressured during peak and busy period to clear the queue fast so that customers do not need to wait too long. Thank you for kind understanding.
- Do kindly check with the stylist on duty before you buy the ticket whether your desired hair styles can be achieved within 10 minutes. Some styles as such fade, bob haircut, 2 block need at least 20 to 30 minutes to accomplish. Hence, kcuts may not be suitable.
- Be gracious and kind to our stylists. They are humans too and need time to have their meals, toilet breaks, and knock off on time to take care of their families.
